Using the Color Me Wonderful© coloring book we step into the creative process. We will explore stories and ideas that block us from being creative. We will have fun working with pens, paints, oil pastels, glue, decorative papers, fabric, words, and embellishments. You will leave this workshop with a book of pictures that reflects the very creative and wonderful YOU.
Weight Not
There is so much focus on what we weigh and so little focus on who we are. Bring your bathroom scale, that seems to run your life, and transform it into a piece of art that reflects the wonderful human being that you are right now. Replace the numbers with a message that feeds your heart and soul. Return home with a scale that is now a fun piece of art.
The Voices in my Head
You know those voices that are always distracting you, getting in the way of who you really are and what you really want to do. Join me for this workshop, we will take them out of your head and put them on the top of a head so you can see them better. This way you can decide if you even want to listen to them anymore.
Honor Thy Body
This workshop offers you the opportunity to take a blank torso form and embellish it with words, images and treasures that reflect the one and only you.
SoulCollage®
SoulCollage is a powerful combination of imagination and intuition using basic collage techniques to create a deck of SoulCollage cards. Your personal collages form a kind of visual journal and invite you to explore your inner self. The images you choose reflect the wordless language of your soul. SoulCollage is a way to access your own deep wisdom. This workshop is based on the work of Seena Frost, Jungian therapist and author of the book SoulCollage.
